Consultant Listing Rules

These rules govern a consultant's listing in our published directory of consultants, and are referenced from the Terms of Service, Section 9 (Marketplace).

Who is listed. Only a person holding a current, paid subscription in their own name. A listing appears while the subscription is current and stops appearing when it is not.

What a listing says. The listing is written by the person listed. It carries their name, where they work, the kinds of business they work with, and one paragraph about their practice. No postal address and no telephone number of theirs appears on any public page; a visitor writes to them through a form that passes the message on.

What a listing may not say. It may not claim a certification the holder does not hold, state or imply that we endorse or recommend them, or make a claim about our product that we do not make ourselves.

What a listing is not. A listing is not a certification, an endorsement, a recommendation, or any warranty of anybody's work. The engagement is between the customer and the consultant. We are not a party to it.

Who the work is for. A listed consultant works inside a client's business through their own subscription and the client owner's invitation, and not through a login on the client's plan.

What we may do. We may unlist, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, with the reason recorded, including where the subscription is no longer current, where the account has been terminated, or where a listing breaks one of these rules. A suspended listing is readable by its holder and not published until we move it back.
