The certified partner program

Somebody has to sit with the ownerand set the business up.

Archetric is an orchestration layer, and a business does not arrive on one by itself. Someone works out what the business actually does, lays out the seats, places the recipes, wires the connections, runs the first pass on real data, and comes back a month later with a report. That is a day of judgment followed by a month of attention, and it is a practice. This program is the standard that work is done to, and the exam that says who meets it.

Two paths, and they are different jobs

One sets a business up. The other writes what the business runs. Most people want exactly one of them, and nothing in the design encourages holding both.

What it costs, and what is in it

Certification is paid once. A practice is paid monthly, and can be stopped any month after the first year, which is the difference between this and a franchise.

Certification

$497 once

The exam, the marking and the badge. Not a subscription, and not a first year of anything. A re-sit after a fail is the same again, with a new brief, no sooner than ninety days later.

The Implementer plan

$497 a month

One number for a practice rather than a login: the tier a partner needs, the practice in a box, the listing and the referral share, together. It carries a commitment of 12 months, because the box is handed over complete on day one. Or $4,970 a year paid up front, which is ten months rather than twelve.

The Author's side

$197 a year

Renewal, with one published recipe re-run against the current harness. An Author holds the top tier at its list price of $997 a month like any other customer of it: the seat is not free, and an Author is paid for the work instead.

What a partner earns

  • 25 percent of the first year of every subscription they bring, then a 10 percent trail for as long as the client stays subscribed and the partner stays certified.
  • The diagnostic, at their own price. The house charges $997 for it. A partner delivers it with our materials and keeps all of it.
  • What they charge to set up an agentic seat. Their own money. The house takes nothing from it, ever.
  • An Author's 70 percent of a recipe's own price bought directly, plus a share of a pool worth 20 percent of tier revenue, split every month across every published recipe's placements.

Every share is on revenue actually collected, net of payment processing fees and any refund, never on a sticker price.

What a partner actually sells: setting up an agentic seat

Setting up an agentic seat is a fixed-price, fixed-scope, time-boxed piece of work in which a certified Implementer gets one function of a client's business running on Archetric. One function, not a department and not the whole business: the part the owner would name out loud, such as reaching a list of prospects every week, or answering every enquiry the same day.

The Implementer places that function on the client's canvas as a seat, sets the recipes in it to this business using the business's own words, rules and numbers, makes the connections it needs to the tools the business already pays for, and then either builds the agent that runs it or trains the person who will hold the seat. Every step that must not run unattended keeps its gate, with a named person who approves it. At the end of the stated window the client has that function running, a report they can read, and a person or an agent answerable for it.

An agentic seat is a seat whose work is run by an AI agent under the business's own rules, with a named person approving every step the gate holds back. It is not an unattended machine: the rules are the business's, the gate is real, and somebody's name is on it. A seat a person holds with the agent drafting is set up in exactly the same way, so the word says how the work is done rather than who is answerable for it.

What the client does not get is a retainer. The setup ends, the subscription is theirs, and nothing of ours runs their business: Archetric orchestrates, and their own tools and their own agent platform do the running.

The rubric is published in full, before anybody applies

A rubric a candidate cannot read is a rubric they cannot be held to. Every line both paths are marked against is on one page, with each line marked mandatory, flexible or locked. A locked line is one nobody may relax for any candidate, in any circumstance, and seven of them exist for the same reason: a candidate who failed one would do something to a client's business that we would have to undo.

A badge carries the date it was earned and the version of that rubric it was earned against, so a partner certified against one version is not quietly re-graded by the next one, and a client can open the exact version their partner was held to.

The program launches with Archetric, and opens first to 3 pilot partners

They are in trades and home services, their fees are waived, and their names go on the program when it opens. Three, because two cannot tell a pattern from a person, and four is more attention than the house can give while the rubric is still moving. There is no business count to clear first: the program opens the day Archetric does.

There is nothing to buy on this page yet and no form to fill in. The curriculum, the exam, the badge, the directory and the referral share are being built in order, and this page will say so as each one arrives rather than promising it now.
